Pre-selection
An initial 5-10 minute telephone interview followed by a pre-scheduled second telephone interview for 30 minutes.
Assessment
Attend an assessment depending on the office location.
You will be required to be present at an assessment centre for testing, group exercise, presentation and interview or a face-to-face Interview with a discipline lead and HR representative.
Two reference checks will be completed.
Offer & Acceptance
A reply will be given within 14 business days after the assessment process.
